Our largest boat built to date when launched in 2015, and the second Rybovich named Persistence, she is regarded as one of the most beautifully and technologically-advanced long range sportfishing boats ever built. Built to fish around the world with the comfort of a megayacht and the speed of today’s high performance boats, Persistence fishes like a small sportfish but holds all of the comforts expected of a boat much larger. Equipped with four staterooms and separate crew’s quarters, each with its own en suite head, her bookmatched golden teak interior immediately turns heads. Powered by two MTU 16V2000M94’s rated at 2600hp each, she effortlessly reaches 47+ knots and comfortably cruises at 38+ knots.
Michael Rybovich and Sons Hull No. 6 is a 94-foot enclosed bridge, which is designed to fish anywhere in the world in total luxury, thanks to a state-of-the-art power management system and redundant systems throughout. The design features a full-beam master with side windows disguised as engine air intakes to allow in natural light without compromising the look of the hull from the outside. This build includes room to sleep up to eight guests and four crewmembers, making it the largest built by the Rybovich family to date.
Designed to fish for bluefin tuna out of Massachusetts with speed in mind. In the cockpit, the boat features two over-sized in-deck fish boxes, each fed by two Frigibar Polar Cap ice makers, as well as a transom fishbox/livewell, duel Wicked Wells on-deck livewell systems, three custom freezer boxes, a custom drinkbox, gaff/harpoon storage in a hidden but easily accessible location, and ample storage and seating. Four stateroom/four and a half bath boat with king master aft and queen VIP fwd. The forward salon bulkhead isn't continuous all the way across so that there will be a partial view out of the fwd and corner windshield from the salon. While the boat was launched without a stabilization gyro, the boat is built with a gyro-sized fuel tank that can be easily removed with the idea of adding a gyro in the future.
Perlamar left our docks and set sail for Costa Rica to become a major competitor in the Los Sueños tournaments. Featuring an aft galley and aft day head for ease of access while fishing, an entire day of fishing can be spent without the need to walk through the salon or down below. The boat has a full glass wrap-around windshield allowing for a 360 degree view from the salon and galley. The layout includes three staterooms and three and a half bathrooms with a queen master aft. Painted exterior features allow for ease of maintenance during long periods spent away from home.
Built for an owner who has earned his place in Sportfishing history, releasing well over 100 blue marlin every year, this boat will spend the majority of its time in the Virgin Islands helping to continue that legacy. The four stateroom layout features a king master, a queen VIP, and a designated tackle room accessible through the crew's quarters. The oversized cockpit will be home to ample freezer space for traveling, tackle storage, an insulated ice dump, an insulated transom fish box, and in-deck connections for removable livewells. Built to weather the abuse of a hardcore fishing program, Da Bait will be releasing blue marlin throughout the Caribbean in comfort and class for years to come.
